Do you have to chart your fertility cycle?

In cases where the diagnosis is clear-cut it may not be necessary to chart your fertility cycle. However, it is not uncommon for two or more issues to co-exist. In these situations t is important to get a clear picture in order to make an accurate diagnosis and to tailor treatment from the beginning. The more information that you bring to the process, the more comprehensive will be the evaluation. Charting provides a significant amount of unique information which can be easily missed otherwise, and it would be difficult to deliver a full Napro treatment program without the CrMS charting system.
